Styled shoot Policy Terms and Conditions   BY CLICKING “CONTINUE” AND PURCHASING THIS TICKET TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:     *A list of suppliers/vendors names and Social Media handles will be supplied to participants for the shoot.  Participants agree that any image used on social media, blogs or publications will include the full list of suppliers/vendors and their social media handles in the comment section.  Participants also agree that any image used should have the photographer and any relevant vendor/supplier that is featured in the image TAGGED in the image itself on Social Media.  In this way we build a great network and help each other promote one another on social media and we will all benefit.     MOOD BOARDS Participants acknowledge that the photos used in the mood boards are not our photos and are used for inspiration only, this is not the actual day of setup and we do not guarantee anything for the shoot that is in the mood board.  PURCHASE POLICY By clicking continue and purchasing a ticket you acknowledge that you are reserving a spot for a specific styled shoot or content day.  All tickets are non-refundable and are valid only for the specific time and date.  If for any reason you can not attend you are responsible for selling your ticket and informing Mirrorball Collective of the change by email at mirrorballcollective@gmail.com.  Tickets are not transferable to another date or event.  Failure to attend is the customer’s responsibility and no transfer or refund will be provided. In the case of inclement weather the shoot will be rescheduled for another date.   ADDITIONAL NOTES GIVING CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE: Styled shoots are a fantastic way of helping each other grow, making valuable connections and expanding customers and fans worldwide. The idea is that we all put in our expertise and time for the benefit of the shoot. So, please remember to give credit where credit is due! Everyone’s time and energy is valuable, and the success of the end result (the photographs) is a joint effort made from everyone’s skills. So remember to tag, share, like each other's posts and be supportive of one another post-shoot, because we are in this together as a team of experts. If you wish to include the shoot in your own personal blog, please remember to give credit and link each other in the blog. Also, remember to share the blog entry so we can all like, comment and re-share it to help it spread. If you submit your photos for publication, please include the entire vendor list.   Please send your gallery to either Mirrorballcollective@gmail.com or to the vendors specifically so that they can also use the images on their social media with credit as well.    COVID POLICY AND GENERAL LIABILITY I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing. I further acknowledge that Mirrorball Collective LLC has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I further acknowledge that Mirrorball Collective LLC can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, salon staff, and other salon clients and their families. I voluntarily seek services provided by Mirrorball Collective LLC and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending. I attest that: * I am not experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell. * I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. * I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/ Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non contagious by state or local public health authorities. * I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I hereby release and agree to hold Mirrorball Collective LLC harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of tMirrorball Collective LLC, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Mirrorball Collective LLC. * I understand that this release discharges Mirrorball Collective LLC from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the company with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, Mirrorball Collective LLC. This liability waiver and release extends to Mirrorball Collective together with all owners, partners, and employees, vendors and venues.
